Status: alive
Sherlock Holmes is a fictional private detective created by British author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He is known for his proficiency with observation, forensic science, and logical reasoning that borders on the fantastic, often saying that his conclusions are "elementary". He lived with his friend Dr. Watson at 221B Baker Street, now the site of Sherlock Holmes Museum, which you can visit on the way to Hampstead Heath to find this box.
Directions:
Go to the corner of Roderick and Savernake Rd.
Clues:
Walk north across bridge into Hampstead Heath and turn left on gravel trail. Go to jct with Parliament Hill Rd and continue straight on dirt path 20 steps, then right 15 steps to medium tree covered with ivy. LB is at back base under sticks and rocks. You can continue on dirt path to jct with another path going right to Parliament Hill for a great view of the city.
Hike length: 0.5 miles
