Walk up to the building and look to the left and you will see a path that has stairs going down.
Go down the stairs and go to the right. Follow the Werner Pond Trail (Red Blazes). You will
cross a bridge going over the Werner Pond.
After crossing the bridge, go right. Keep following the Werner Pond Trail until you see a log
Bench (Eagle Scout Project) on the left. Follow the trail, not much farther, until you see a V
shaped tree (two trees growing from the same trunk) on your right. If you see a white blaze on
your left, this is the upper cut across, and you have gone too far.
On the right of the tree there is a patch of large rocks. Go to the farthest large rock. Be careful
not to go too close to the water.
Look behind the rock. The letterbox is in between the rock and the smaller rock on the right.
Please make sure you securely put everything back in the box and bags and put it back in the
hiding spot.
To get back to the Nature Center continue following the Werner Pond Trail.
