Lots of kindness and best wishes around these parts <3
Plenty of painted rocks distributed thru these trails! Pick up a favorite or two, leave a few of yours behind, or simply enjoy the positive affirmations offered by those who hiked here before you!

Find your way to the entrance to the Westbrook Town Forest at the end of Brockwood Drive. Park in the cul-de-sac and start on the yellow trail, up and along the stone wall and in to the woods. Cross over the footbridge and shortly after, before the trail takes a sharp left turn, notice a cluster of boulders directly in front of you. Climb up to those boulders and look at base of the left side of the large, vertical boulder. The FIRST MANDALA is hiding there hidden behind rocks.

Go back to the trail and continue on yellow. At the red/yellow/blue intersection, continue straight on yellow/red, which becomes just red. Pass the creek and a GIGANTIC boulder on your right. Before you turn right to cross over the next bridge, look to the left to a cluster of boulders slightly uphill. Look uphill to a tree growing out of the broken cluster of boulders. Between that tree and a boulder directly next to it is the FLOWER MANDALA, in cubby with a rock door.

Back again to the path, continuing on the red trail and passing over 3 total bridges (the 2nd one is particularly lovely!), and slightly up, winding around some large boulders. At the intersection take a right on blue, quickly coming across a Kindness Rock Garden and the intersection with green. Continue 20 steps slightly downhill on blue to a large flat rock in the path. Look left to a large boulder with a tree growing directly behind it. Go to that tree and you will notice it's actually growing directly into/on the tree, creating a little cubby at ground level between the two. Check in that cubby for the BIG MANDALA (and the only logbook in the series), covered by some leaves.

Back on the blue trail again, passing the intersection with the green trail and sports fields thru the woods on your left. Carefully cross over the stream, tiptoeing over the rocks, and continue slightly uphill. At the intersection, take a right onto red/yellow, then take a left on yellow, headed back to the vehicle. Look for the first yellow trail tag after crossing the bridge (it's on the left on a large tree), then look past that to an extra large boulder creating a rock wall with a multi-sister tree on the far end. Walk about 35 steps to the multi-sister tree. At the base of the tree on the south side, the LITTLEST MANDALA is tucked in a cubby, just waiting to be found!

Continue on the yellow trail out of the woods and back to your car!

Feel free to write some of the positive words you've seen today around or even over the mandalas you stamped, and may those affirmations bring you to wonderful things <3
