Start at the pavilion by the dog park.
Head on the path towards the main park entrance.
When you come to a "T", turn left and cross the bridge.
Once you have crossed the bridge, on your left you will see a storm drain surrounded by rocks. You will find the letterbox under the 1st rock of the top row.
