*Go to the address listed.
*Park in designated parking are.
*This park is usually quiet, but will be busy in the summer for camps.
**Definitely a winter box series. The briars get really heavy and thick during warmer weather. Hence special gear!

Clues:
Box#1
*1. Find the paved trail by the parking area. Follow downhill.
2. You will see a bench on your left and a wooden bridge.
3. Cross the bridge and head up the trail. Once at the top of the trail and it has leveled out - keep following trail- it winds to the left.
4. You will see the first marker on your left. (no # just a wooden stake in the ground)
5. Pass the marker and find a medium 2-in-1 on your right & a Large 2-in1 behind it from the trail.
6. Go to the large 2-in-1. Look pass this tree and look for a fallen tree with the "Y" pointing W. Find #1 in the center of the Y.

Box#2
1. Get back to the trail and walk a short bit. Pass the "arch way" created by nature.
2. Walk to the bench and the 3rd marker. ( just a wooden stake no # ) . Take a seat if you need too. Look over your right shoulder and see a large tree- find box #2 behind that tree under a SPOT.

Box#3 is in the same area. with your back to box 2, look diagonally to your left and see a fallen tree with the roots worn away from years of decay. Parallel to this fallen tree is another fallen tree with its roots showing too. you will see a small 3-in-1 half way to the fallen trees you seek. Wedged in the center with a rock at about knee high is Box#3.(SW295-230).

Box#4
1. Go back to the trail and continue to walk. Find the HUGE tree that fell onto the path and was cut to accommodate the passing trail.
2. Turn around and see 2 cut pieces of LARGE "seats" on the right of the trail- next to them is a fallen tree that is parallel to the trail.
3. 2 Steps before them see a make-shift trail into the woods by this large fallen tree. (SW204) at "seats".
4. Look for a medium tree pass the fallen tree- there are 2 main Poison ivy running up the back of this tree.
5. Find the roots at the ground that are exposed- Here you will find box #4.

Box#5
1. Go back to the trail and continue your walk.
2. Find marker #5 ( still no numbers- just count them). 8 steps look to your left from the trail- (SE153).Count 30-36 steps to a med/large tree- find box#5 under a MPOB ( medium pile of branches.

Box#6
1. Go back to trail and continue walking. Trail goes to a dip. See moss on right at the DIP down the hill. See the wooden bridge. Pass it.
2. 6 step after bridge see a small "marker" tree on your left. To your right see a makeshift trail.
3. 10 steps up the slight incline see a mossy fallen tree roots on your left. Find box #6. (S200) at mossy tree root.
4. Look up facing mossy tree root- look to your right - see a medium/large tree up the hill- behind that tree find box #7 under SPOR and SPOT.

Final box #8
1. Go back to trail and continue your walk on the trail. You'll pass the original Ladyhawk on the left under that fallen tree that I have adopted. Yeah, it's still there!!! Go up the hill at this part of the trail. You'll start seeing those pink/white shiny rocks on the ground.
2. Walk up the hill. At the top see a Huge tree that is about 10-12 FT tall- nature made it this way. Behind it you will find the final box and the mini logbook. Use your thumb print signature and make a face. Remember to sign in with your trail name and date found. FTF message me for your prize!!! 2nd FTF gets a prize too!!!

Return to the trail that will wind down and up to the paved trail to get back to your car.

I hope you had an enjoyable walk this day that you decided to find my first real series. Please message me with questions or if boxes need maintenance.
