Take the road off Hwy 180 that goes from Quail Flat to Hume Lake. Turn into the campground that is another word for AVALANCHE. Visit the throne. Walk past it to where the asphalt ends. Walk forward up the hill a short ways towards 11:30 until you find two logs that make an L shape. Under the horizontal log near the intersection you'll find what you're looking for.
