Hike Distance?

This letter box is done by my 8 year old son. He wishes to honor those who are dog lovers! He too is a big fan of all animals.

Park in the Hikers parking lot also known as Trough Springs lot. First on your right on Monte Sano Blvd after passing Burrit Museum.

Follow the Natural Wells Trail for about 10 minutes. Along the trail you see a tree that has fallen across the trail. Pass under the fallen tree and continue to proceed down the trail. Further down you will notice that the trail has a "y" in it. Also, there are small logs that encourage you to follow the trail to the left. Do so. Immediately on your right you will see a forked tree with another tree that has fallen into the fork. Beside the forked tree is a large rock that resembles a tomb stone. This is where you will find the letter box.

Please re-hide the letter box well. This will ensure the safety of the natural wild life in the area and also allow others to continue persuing the hunt.

Happy scouting and have fun!
