NOTE: This box is currently not available but will be back soon!

This letterbox celebrates the first anniversary of the TV series "Blood Ties".
If anyone needs help with the clues, episodes are on-line at the (emitefiL)
website. "Stone Cold" and "Heart of Ice" will help most with the clues.
(And don't be fooled by the name, the show is actually a romance.)
Driving distance: about a mile, very roughly.
Walking distance: About 1/4 mile, round trip.

Driving Directions:( This starting point is slightly outside the boundaries of the city the letterbox is located in).
There is a street named for the item Henry wears on his wrist. Begin there, by the wee stone kirk.
Facing toward Henry's morning, you will find the rose of the mountain. Make your way down. When the Foothill is behind you, count crosses for the number of Henry's dad. (Don't count the freeway). You will find yourself at the mountain of roses. Turn again toward Henry's morning. When you come to the light, turn. Which way? Which hand does Vicki wield a sword with?
Immediately, you're at another street. Turn right and continue to the great green expanse. Keep it to your left until you come to another light. Turn left and park in the lot.

Walking Directions: Do you smell water? Find a place the windigo would like to prowl. Cross over the small bridge and find the perimeter footpath. Follow it in the direction of Vicki's hometown (more or less). It will slowly curve left, past trees that might be Henry's age, past a group of stone-cold sentries, past a portal, until you see another spot where the windigo may lurk. But don't be scared! It shuns the fiery heat of day. Align yourself with a large rock just past this (on the right).

Now think of Henry's mortal age. Count about that many steps until you see two small trees in a line, with a large stone (maybe 18 inches high) rising out of the ivy. What side of the trail? Which hand does Henry sketch with?
To avoid distressing the plants, please tread carefully here. To the right of the rising rock, under a flat reddish stone, and a blanket of leaves, you will find the box.

Please re-seal everything carefully and remember to cover the box with leaves before replacing the flat stone. This area can be very busy on weekends! Dogs very welcome here! In fact, it's recommended.
Enjoy your visit and let us know how it went!
