I am sorry to report that if you had found the box between July 5th and August 1st, you have logged into an "IMPOSTOR" box. Someone had dropped the box and we are now in the process of getting her back up and running. She'll be back shortly.

Los Angeles is a bustling metropolis, filled with excitement and danger! Amidst all of that in the Miracle Mile area on Wilshire Boulevard is a park and museum that will transport you back in time and make your mind forget about the modern inconveniences we face everyday. I speak of the La Brea Tar Pits.

I recommend taking a trip through the George C. Page Museum before seeking out this box. I visit this place often, it was the first spot in Los Angeles that I found after moving here that could relax me. It's AMAZING.

The Box:
There are many bridges in the park, but only one bridge is made of STEEL and is SOUTH of a GREAT MAMMALIAN FAMILY STRUGGLE. This struggle is the main focus of the park, taking place in the great lake. Find the STEEL BRIDGE and move the the SOUTHWEST end of the bridge. Be stealthy! You are set off from the rest of the park, but street-walking folk could see you reach underneath this side of the bridge. Held underneath the bridge with MAGNETIC FORCE is the treasure you seek.

There are picnic tables to the northeast for you to do your business.

*When searching for our boxes please know that our clues are not always straightforward and a bit of "searching" may be needed to figure them out fully. If there is a problem with any of our boxes, please contact us through "TheBuffaloTony@gmail.com" and not through AtlasQuest.*
