Ok...this box has gone missing. I will try and replace by July 7, 2009 - I will come back and update here once I do that. Thanks for letting me know!

This is our first box to place so hope we did good! Let us know. It is easy for kids and no hiking. Next one will get a bit harder.
Ok......get to Shadow Ranch Park in West Hills, CA.
It's located off the 101 fwy. Exit Topanga Cyn Blvd and head North. Turn Left (west) on Vanowen. Shadow Ranch Park will be on the right about 1/2 mile on Vanowen. You can park in the small parking lot or anywhere on the street to start the search.
Go to the Baseball diamond and stand on home plate. Look down the third base line and follow it all the way to the bushes. Turn right facing east and go about 8 big steps. On your left just inside the bushes you will see one of the trees with a pipe going through the bottom near the roots. Thats the tree. About waist to chest high between the tree and the fence you will find the box between the tree branches!
