Dragons Vs Turtles Letterbox
This box was placed by the Treasure Hunters Camp at the Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre (www.dnv.org/ecology) in the summer of 2013.
1. Begin at the dragon's feasting area in Lynn Canyon Park.
2. Go down the steep mysterious centennial trail of doom.
3. Find Ben's log and slide your finger down to the bottom of the B. Follow the salmonberry path. If you'd like, look on the side trail through the salmonberries and you will see the dragon's neck!
4. Go past the sperm whale log and cross the path to the cliff trail.
5. At the end of the cliff trail, head to the dragon's forked tongue. Go left and down the slope of the tongue.
6. At the bottom you will find a pathway of dragon drool that flows to your left. Follow the drool into the forest. Watch out for the Devil's Club!
7. Look behind the tree with the scary fingers and you will find the letterbox. If you'd like, you can place a small gift in the box and take another out.
