* * * NOTE: There is a high probability this box is missing. Last reported found in Jan 04. Several reports it hasn't been found since Oct 04. It's still a nice area and you can still enjoy the walk. * * *
Terrain: Moderate, some steep climbs
Clues: Easy
From 25th Street in San Pedro, go south on Anchovy, right on Paseo del Mar, left on Stargazer and right on Warmouth. Park at the end, next to 2331 Warmouth, and find the dirt path. Follow the path and chain link fence towards the ocean then turn right and walk along cliff top to the picnic table and bench (about 1/2 mile). Below is the Palo Verde box, above, The Angels. Take the Sagebrush Walk up wooden steps to the top and turn left onto Gnatcatcher. Walk along the cliff top through yellow daisies, and come to a Y shaped intersection with a pile of rocks at the center. Head north about 35 paces to another pile of rocks along the edge of the trail. Find my angels here at the back of the east end.
