~We came upon this special place on a beautiful afternoon. We had never heard of it before, but wanted others to know about it.You will need markers for this box.
Built in 1650 by Governor John Winthrop, the mill was originally used to grind corn for colonists.
Once you find the old mill:
-go through the gate
-over the bridge
-up 15 steps
-right on faint path to the water
-western end of stone wall
We hope you enjoyed finding this place.
