Bluebonnet Park is located just outside of Ennis. From I45 in Ennis, take Exit 247 and head north on Hwy 287 for about 5.5 miles. Take the exit for Ennis Parkway and make the U-Turn to get into Bluebonnet Park. The entrance for the park will be on your right.
Drive down the parking lot and park your car just past the large picnic pavilion on your left.
PINKY
To find Pinky, take the sidewalk past the playground and over the bridge. You are now on a dirt path. Take this path until it makes a sharp left turn. Right before the turn, you will see a tree to your right. This tree has been split down the middle and half of it is hanging off. Position yourself to be even with this tree and take 33 steps farther down the trail. You should see a tree on your right with a birdhouse on it. Pinky is hiding behind the tree that is next to the birdhouse tree under sticks and leaves.
THE BRAIN
***Update 7/14/2007: Due to the floodings from the spring, the box that was housing The Brain was washed away. Thanks to Dewberry and her family for taking the extra time to find the stamp and container, which were scattered over different parts of the woods. I will try to replant soon. *****
Now that you've found Pinky, you know he's practically useless without Brain, so continue down the trail as it twists and turns. Just before you leave the wooded area and come to a clearing, you will see a skinny tree on your left with a birdhouse on it. To the left of the tree, about four steps off the trail, is a pile of sticks where you can find The Brain.
After you've stamped in and re-united this pair, continue down the trail, which will take you back around to the pond and the parking lot.
