This is located at the top of the South Island. It is west of Nelson. Head up 60 north to Motueka. Just past Motueka follow the signs for Kaiteriteri. You will follow an incredibly windy road. Once you reach the town-located on an amazingly beautiful bay, make a left turn on inlet road. You can park along here.Continue to walk along inlet road you will see a mini golf course to the left. Past that is a fire department. Standing looking at the fire department, you will see a power transformer to the right. Locate the transformers' pole that is closest to the water. There is a flax bush 1 foot away. The box is located under the brush of the bush directly in front of the pole. I chose to plant a box here as it was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. It is a fantastic place to kayak.
