2. If you look around, you'll find a bust of someone who was known to use that expression. He was also known as the name sake of a certain popular toy. [Hint: If you can't name the toy, the encyclopedia can help you.]
3. The on-line catalog will tell you where to find books about collecting these toys. Now return to the bust, look for that number, and.... Did you find the letterbox?
