*****THIS BOX IS MISSING******
The Franciscan Mission Espiritu Santo is the home of the largest ranching operation in Texas in the 18th century. This is another restoration job well done by the CCC in the 1930’s. Stop in and pay the fee and get a map. Be sure to tour the Mission and talk to the Ranger in charge. He is glad to give a lesson about the history of the Mission and the park grounds. We enjoyed talking to him.

Find the Aranama Trail Entrance. Follow the trail to post marker #10. Turn left and cross the bridge. Continue to follow the trail up the steps to marker #13. Take 3 steps past the marker. To your left take 4 steps off the trail to a 2 trunk mesquite tree. Box is behind the tree under a pile of rocks.
