Start out on W. Pointer Trail. Turn onto N. 11th Street. Follow N. 11th Street until you arrive at City Park Road (Dr. Louis Peer Memorial Park ). Turn onto City Park Road and follow it past the Golf Course Club House, Past the Swimming pool, past the Van Buren Boys and Girls Club. Continue to follow City Park Road up the hill and park in the parking area by the Pavillion. Walk to the Pavillion and sit for a few minutes. Make sure to take in all the scenery.Do you see the walkway around the Lake? Do yo see the make shift steps by the Dam? Walk to the steps and then climb them. At the top of the stairs take a right and walk along the old trail 11 paces, and turn to the left to another trail. Follow this trail to the top making sure to cross other old trails. At the top look at all the Large protruding Rocks. If I were a Letterbox where would I hide?
