Once upon a time, there was a bridge. But this was no ordinary bridge, for it was home to a troll! The troll was mean and nasty, but this was actually because he was lonely. When he received visitors, he was thrilled enough to bestow upon them a special stamp as a token of friendship.
To find the troll, begin in Historic Dublin, at the place where books are housed. Use the crosswalk nearby to cross North High Street at North Street, heading towards the river.
Travel down the hill and follow the road past the gnome’s red cottage. When the road stops, look to your left for a set of wooden stairs leading to the river.
Descend 67 steps downward into the troll’s home. From here, pass under the bridge and look for the water that the troll has poisoned!
Pass to the right of the poisoned pool and up the rocky hillside. You will once again be under the bridge. Check under the pile of rocks to the left of the closest arch.
Unfortunately, the troll is out hunting right now, but his stamp is here. Be sure to leave him a note to let him know you came to visit!
