It near Rowland Road near Alex Taylor. Look for a set of set wooden stairs that connects Alex Taylor to Roland Road. From the very top of the stairs count down 12 steps. Look to the at the stair, on the left on the left side of the stair you will see an elastic band. That gand is holding the letterbox to the step. Then climb over the railing then you crouch down you will see my letterbox.
