Hello Fellow Letter Boxers,

Read on to learn about a 1 day only Letter Box.

Several years ago, my mom, Elizabeth, was diagnosed with Myositis, an autoimmune disease that is quite rare and little known.

For some time, due to the tolls this disease takes on a person's previous way of life, she has been unable to do many things the way she once enjoyed, biking, kayaking, enjoying the outdoors, and mostly, spending time with one of her favorite hobbies, Photography. However, more recently, while she searches for effective treatments, deals with the side effects, puts up with endless tests, doctor visits, and the ups and downs of an autoimmune disease, she has begun to rediscover herself through a renewed exploration of Photography. And her photographs truly touch the hearts of those who see them.

So, in her honor, I would like to invite one and all to the Premiere of Photo Art Greeting Cards by Elizabeth. Just recently, my mom has taken the courageous step of reserving herself a spot on the Colchester Green for the Pumpkins and Pooches Craft Show on Sunday, October 5 to sell her Photo Art Greeting Cards for the first time.

So, if you are game, on Sunday, October 5th, between 9 and 3, find her tent on the South End of the green on the Main Street side, and take a look at the beautiful greeting cards that she has created.

There, we will have a "Pumpkins and Pooches" stamp just for you... Just say that the Treasure Boxers sent you for a special treat and you will receive your reward. (It will be in the tent in a jack-o-lantern trick-or-treat bucket, ... but just ask, and you will receive!)

I am so proud of this woman, and I thank you so much for helping me honor my Mom this way.

(By the way, proceeds from any greeting card sales will go directly to The Myositis Association, to help fund research for effective treatments, and ultimately a cure... so thanks for taking a look)!

Gratefully,

The Treasure Boxers
