These boxes are planted at the General Patton Memorial Museum in Chiriaco Summit, California. The museum is open 7 days a week from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm - Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving. Cost is $4.00 for adult, $3.50 for seniors, children under 12 free when accompanied by an adult. While I highly recommend the museum, these boxes can be obtained without entry.
Box 1 - Sherman Tank
To find this box begin from the parking lot out front of the museum and head west toward the fenced in tanks. Follow the fence line south away from the museum, until you reach the corner. Turn right (west) around the fence corner and follow the fence to the first light pole, just inside the fence. Please be discreet and try to avoid being seen. The box is under some stones (or brick pieces) at the base of the bush about 5 feet outside of fence by light pole.
Box 2 - Bradley Fighting Vehicle
To find this box, continue along fence line to the next light pole located at the fences’ corner. Again being very discreet, this box is under rocks at the center and base of the bush 10 feet southwest of corner.
