This box is hidden in one of the most peaceful places downtown, KVZXV KZIP (to find what it is make the letters the opposite). From Shakespeare's pizza you should look down 9th street, (if you see a big ugly beige building you're looking the wrong way). From there look for two brick pillars about 10 feet tall. You should then see a big pine tree. stand facing the bridge and turn roughly 60 degrees to the right and you should see a rock garden in the shape of a KVZXV sign go over there and in the bottom left just above the YLGGLN OVUG ZIN LU GSV KVZXV HRTM in the bushes about halfway in between the center and the outside edge.

Be warned- KVZXV KZIP is very busy and you will likely have trouble being secretive.
