Acorn Acres is a lovely and family friendly campground that our girl scouts enjoy visiting. Stop by, say "Hi" to Sis (owner), and enjoy a camping weekend!
You might see a lot of Daddy Long-leg spiders in the bathrooms, but they don't eat much. That's what we tell the girls anyway :-)
Start at the outside doorway of the ladies bathroom, the bathroom nearest the cabins. Take the paved road heading West, toward the office/pool area. Pass a tree on your right that has a squirrel crossing sign attached to it. Take about 30 steps and arrive at 2 sets of trees bordering the road. At first tree on your left, spot a flat rock shaped like a slice of pizza. Under that pizza slice is your treasure, hidden by several smaller rocks. Stamp in and PLEASE rehide well.
