Shooting Star Letterbox by GS Troop 17703 LbNA #66668

This letterbox was placed by our Girl Scout Troop! Enter the park, head to the amphitheater and park. Start at the Cottonwood Hiking Trail and head down the trail until you reach the Opossum Loop Trail junction. Turn right and head down the Opossum Loop Trail until you reach the Ironwood Trail junction. Turn right and take about 74 (girl sized) steps down the trail. Then turn right and look for a pile of dead sticks and branches about 6 steps off the trail. The box is hidden under the sticks and branches covered with dirt and leaves. Our stamp was handmade by our little ones! Please take a wooden medallion as a keepsake, and place in your own trinket if you have one!
