This box is in the Green Mountains, at White Rocks Cliffs, on the Ice Beds Trail. It is at one of the overlooks of the cliffs, not at the ice beds, so you don't have to do full hike if don't want to.
Directions:
From Wallingford, take Hwy 140 east. Turn right on Russell Rd, then right on White Rocks Picnic Area rd. Go to end and park.
To the Letterbox:
Find the trail sign for the Ice Beds trail. Hike to first overlook, then on to next one. Find the wooden sign for "Vista". From that sign, go left past blue blaze tree to the rock wall entry slot for the vista view. Don't go through, but go right along the stone wall for 15 steps to brush area, and before pine tree. See rock cut in the rock wall. Look a little left at the base. Box is there behind small rock.
