On highway 3 in Crows Nest Pass Provincial Park there is a rest stop marking the BC border just on the West side of the Crows Nest Pass Summit. From the road you can see the Welcome to Beautiful British Columbia sign. Pull into the rest stop.
At the paved path to the bathrooms there is garbage cans and an evergreen bush. Nestled at the base of a large trembling aspen, in this juniper bush, on the side closest to the path, you will find a small treasure box.
