This box is located in Schulle Canyon Nature Area, which have multiple trail options and trailheads. Nice hikes.
Directions:
From I-35, take new Hwy 12 toward Wimberley. Turn right on old Hwy 12 (after Craddock Rd) and go until light for Holland St. Turn left and go to Alamo St. Turn left and go to end and park in lot at trailhead (or on street where marked).
To the Letterbox:
Go to trail signs, then take trail behind. Walk to 1st intersection, and go left on "Witte Way". At next Junction go left on "Root Rock", and cross creek bed. At next junction (with bench), go right on "Root Rock" and count 60 steps (you should be just past curve that went to the left). Go right off trail for 15 steps to largest oak tree. Box at left base under rocks.
