With Birgu behind you, start at the Riche traffic circle. Go left and cross at the crosswalk (be sure to push the walk button!). Go left and stop at the Assembly Point. Turn right, walk up the ramp and enter the path. Stay on the path until it meets the wall. Look for the second cubbyhole from that point. Hey! that tree is literally pointing to it. Look behind the stone on the left side in the cubbyhole.
