his micro box was planted to commemorate taking my young nephews to see my favorite Ice Hockey team play. I became a fan of ECHL hockey in its’ very first years. It was built to be a developmental league similar to single “A” baseball, and it’s great to see this league flourishing, giving opportunity to young players who’ve gone on to success in the AHL and NHL. Among the early coaches was John Brophy, former head coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Brophy has accumulated 1,027 victories as a professional coach, the second highest amount in all of professional hockey, behind only Scotty Bowman. He was also a legendary defenseman in the East Hockey League (EHL), tacking up almost 4,000 career penalty minutes.
This is a micro box. No log. Go to the multi - level parking garage located on Cherry Street at 7th, next to the hockey arena. Enter at “Stairwell 3”, the closest stairwell to the corner. Go up one level (stairs or elevator). As you leave the stairwell you’ll see parking spaces marked with “Small Car Only” signs. At the end of the row in front of you will be one of those spaces with a large pipe behind it. The stamp is attached by magnet to the railing in between the sign and the pipe. Please be discreet and re-hide well.
Recommended ink color is purple, however the stamp will look good with any color you choose.
Hike length: 0.1 miles
