*** Part of my Beer Series ***
Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 200 yards RT)
Status: alive
Rough Diamond Brewery opened in March, 2018 and was founded by Costa Synodinos, a Greece-born native of South Africa, whose background includes working in international diamond mines. The name is a nod to his history and to the true quality of the beer produced, while the logo features the Twin Sisters, the natural peaks visible from the brewery, cradling a diamond as it would be found in its unearthed state. It is located on 6.5 acres of land with an onsite tap room of over 1,500 sq feet to enjoy regular, seasonal, & experimental lines of beer. They are only open Wednesday-Sunday, so that is the only time you can find this box located on site.
Directions:
From US 281 go west on RR 473 for 1.6 mi, right on Kendalia Cir, then immediate left through gate into Rough Diamond Brewery.
Clues:
Walk back toward entrance and go left parallel to fence across field to row of cedar trees. Go to farthest right cedar tree with box at back base under a rock & needles. Please be discreet and enjoy your beer.
