1. Find yourself in the parking area near the restrooms building.
2. Walk east from the restrooms, and pass the mechanical equipment.
3. Continue walking east to the picnic area with trees that is between two base ball fields. Surrounded by pine trees, locate a tree with three big branches. This tree is about 25 steps straight line south of a very large and tall light fixture of the north baseball field.
4. At the base of the trunk of the tree, there is an opening covered with pine cones, you will find a box inside a baggie there.
5. Be discrete as you place it back and make sure it is fully covered with the pine cones again.
