As you travel in Lafayette CO you will want to make your way down Baseline Road and find the entrance to Lafayette Cemetery, through the main gate, and drive a short way to the Veterans Memorial Flag and stones. Standing on the road in front of the flag pole, if the flag is noon you want to look at ten o'clock for a large tree with the headstone of David & Myrtle Henderson, who's headstone has Tudor Roses on it, at its base. Next to the tree is an urn that holds your rose. Look under the rock. please be sure to get the rock back in place with some debris scattered on top.
Red and green ink would be best (yellow and green or blue and green or purple and green works too).
Hike length: 0.1 miles
