Casco Viejo - Casco Antiguo
If you love to walk around historic parts of cities then take the time to venture to this area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and historic sites.
Locate the National Theatre that opened in 1908
Calle 2a Este and Ave Central
You should be at a seaside large parking lot
Face the ocean walk down the pillar stairs on right
There's also a big parking lot underneath
At the bottom stairs stop and turn right into dead end cove
Walk over to the step up which has a steel door on right side
Look left from here on ledge four feet up
Two lonely bricks cover the stamp in a bag
NOTE: At the bottom of the stairs you can see the ocean and trees
on this beach. I've encountered policemen twice during the night and day.
It's best to go during day light where the police usually sit under a tree
and can't see you, of course they aren't there all the time. Don't stamp here go elsewhere after retrieving the bag.
