Part of my Beer Series
Terrain Difficulty: Easy (flat, 20 yards RT)
Fredericksburg Brewing Company began operation in 1994 within months of legislation allowing brewpub operation in Texas and is now the oldest operating brewpub in the state. Long before the craft beer craze they were cranking out delicious award winning brews along with delicious food, so come check out the granddaddy of brewpubs before finding this letterbox at nearby Greenwood Cemetery.
Directions:
For Fredericksburg Brewing, go to 245 E Main St. For the letterbox, go northeast on Llano St (Hwy 16) for 1.2 miles then right into main entrance of Greenwood Cemetery under the arch. Take first right and park by first graves within concrete border on left.
Clues:
Walk to crepe myrtle behind stone for Margaret Tally Fricke. LB is within trunks under a rock & leaves.
