Start where Lafayette Drive meets Fairfax Road.
Go down the path.
Walk to the stone on the left memorializing Christopher B Gazilliot.
Keep walking down the path until you are at the bridge.
Stand at the edge of the bridge before crossing and look to the right.
Find the pokey plant. Walk forward towards the plant and stand at the railing with the plant on your right side.
Reach under the plant close to the railing and grab the package!
Go down the path.
