Have you ever been to a place after a tornado? Would you like too? Red Haw State Park was hit with an EF3 tornado in 2022.
In order to renew the wildlife and habitat of Red Haw, our troop, Troop 357, planted 190 trees. Most of the trees can be found by the beach. Off of Hwy 34, turn into Red Haw State Park. Follow the road and don’t veer!
Soon you will find yourself surrounded by lake, stretch your legs then take a break. Rest for a minute in the Stone Shelter on the table to the right. Look to the heavens above and check out the handiwork. If you check the corners, you’ll find master craftsmanship.
