Enjoy the new Durham River Park while looking for this letterbox; our first. River Park is alongside the Androscoggin River and a bit north of the Durham Self Storage. Volunteers have installed picnic tables and benches, they keep the field mowed and have planted a Bee and Butterfly garden. The river current is very swift so keep children and pets safe.
To find the letterbox take the Loop Trail through the picnic area to the life perserver, stand with your back to the life perserver and look to your left. Check out the dead fallen tree. Enjoy your walk around the loop and river life.
