On I-44 (Will Rogers Turnpike)first near the first exit in Oklahoma (mile marker 313) the Oklahoma Welcome Center is on the west side of the expressway. If you are on the turnpike, you can pull into the welcome center and park, step over the low fence and go to the Inter-Triable headquarters. If you aren't on the turnpike, turn north off Steve Owens Drive and follow the road around the 9 Nations Trail. There will be Tribal headquarters along the road and at the dead end (behind the Tourist Center) is the Inter-tribal Council headquarters. Park there.

You will see the flag poles for the 9 nations, walk to the memorial for the Native American War Veterans. With your back to the Wyandot, you'll spot a large cedar at 315 degrees. The box is at the base of the tree behid some rocks.
